This organic cotton reversible coat has one side in Cambridge cotton canvas, the other in cotton needlecord and has been dyed using organically certified plant extracts.

With asymmetric details, one side of the coat is hand painted on the canvas side with concentric circles and biophilic lines criss-crossing one arm, and there is a diagonal cut detail on the back. On the alternate side the needlecord also has the diagonal cut detail on the back, different plant dyed colours and cuff details using the selvedge and raw edges. The front neckline down to the hem also features a raw edge detail.

Designed for an oversized, loose fit. It feels protective, when you need it, and with the plant dyes being a non-toxic, natural alternative to synthetic petro-chemical dyes, they can enhance your well-being.

Cuffs can be turned up, and the lapels turned out to create a different look by revealing the alternate side of the coat.

FREE CUSTOMISED EXTRAS

Arm length and coat length can be customised.

Colour options can be customised for the needlecord side if the ones in the images aren’t to your taste.

Understand that although carefully colour matched, there will be slight variations in colour between the photographs viewed on your screen and also between each coat - the fabric lengths are hand dyed using natural dye pigments - making yours all the more unique. Each batch of plant extract can vary due to climatic conditions and soil, a difference in fabric fibres also influence the final hue, as well as other variables.

MADE-TO-ORDER

A limited edition of just 50 will be made of each coat, each signed and numbered by Sarah Poland. After ordering you will be assigned the next edition number available eg 12/50 and will be notified when you can expect to receive it.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?

Garments will take 4-8 weeks. There is an option to expedite production (at a cost). If you would like to enquire about this please get in touch.

These coats are made one at a time, to order so that there is no over production. This helps to ensure high standards of craft, sustainability and ethics.

Designed for an oversized, loose fit - each coat fits approx 3 or 4 sizes.

Sizes currently available are:

XS (EU32-36)

S (EU36-42)

M (EU42-48)

GARMENT CARE

• Do not leave in direct sunlight - don't forget it and leave it in the sun on the backseat of the car!

• Hand wash 30C with a pH neutral soap.

• Iron on medium heat.

• Do not rub or bleach.

• Avoid tumble dry + direct heat.

• Wash less.
